As you read this I’m guessing you are a client, friend, photographer, photography-blog lover, are somewhere in the wedding world or are maybe even someone who just stumbled here and can’t remember where you started! 
I’m grateful you’re here… because when it comes down to it, my work isn’t really much without you.
Photography is my art, my way of connecting. I find beauty in the great outdoors, in moments, in character, in the “nook.” When I work with my clients I am always looking for their “nook”… and in case you are wondering about my definition of the word here you go; it’s moments of rest and intimacy where you can tell that the connection between the two runs deep. It’s in those places that I’m more aware of the moment and I can look up from my jam-packed crazy schedule and to-do list and realize this is life. It’s not work or iphones or twitter or facebook or projects or email, or trying to live up to someone else’s expectations. Photography teaches me more about who I am, helps me accept who I am not, allows me to use my gifts to benefit others, and it’s been the most amazing and humbling adventure ever.
I’m a photographer because it’s connected me with these truths. It helps me fight the busyness that tries to consume my life and helps me refocus on what really matters. As I work to express “beauty is truth, truth beauty,” it’s my hope that you’ll be connected in the same way. As my client you will walk away with some personal and artistic images that capture life in the way it was always meant to be; living moment by moment and living in love… connecting beauty and truth in ways that keep each of us growing and inspired.
