Levi and Family // San Juan Capistrano, CA

I don’t know if you can tell or not, but I think we all had a really fun time hanging out for some family portraits with Levi! We headed to my favorite spot in San Juan Capistrano for summer fun filled portraits and I love the color scheme that Rachael came up with, the yellow and navy blue works really well against the green orange trees and random “rustic” structures we found. Levi has to be one of the most content and happy baby boys I’ve ever met, and his giggle makes my day every time I hear him!

As we were planning for his shoot to capture Levi at six months [which is one of my favorite ages ever to capture], I thought it would be fun to include some of mom and dad’s “reading material” since we probably have a baby genius in our midst… Quantum Physics, Quantum Mechanics, Stochastic Calculus for Finance, Electrodynamics, The Handbook of Fixed Income Securities… sheesh! Dad has a Masters in Financial Engineering from UCLA and Mom is a CPA!

The fun background story is that Rachael and I met at Cal Poly SLO [best school EVER!] in a finance class. After graduation she moved down to the OC for a job while I took at job at Hume Lake for a couple years, but then when I moved back down here we hung out all the time and she’s been one of my dearest friends since. She is one of the most sincere, genuine, easygoing, kind and thoughtful friends you can have and its so fun to meet Levi and see those qualities in him at such a young age too! Oh and his dad is pretty cool too.

I mean, how can you not fall in love with that smile ?!?

His little man polo… I can’t get over how cute it is.

Little guy in the Osh Kosh… awww.

Love love love this family. Happy half birthday Levi!
